About Us

Sooby was born in the summer of 2020—right in the midst of the pandemic and soon after I welcomed my third son into the world.

Like many parents, we found ourselves navigating the tricky stage when babies are ready to start solids. Frustrated by the same old jars filled with bland, processed purées and additives, we knew that there had to be a better way. Around the same time, we discovered the incredible benefits of sous vide cooking, and a new idea began to take shape.

Why not use this gentle, nutrient-preserving method to make food for my baby?

And just like that, Sooby was born—a brand rooted in love, necessity, and a deep desire to nourish our little ones with food that’s simple, transparent, and actually tastes good. If we wouldn't eat it ourselves, why would we feed it to our children?
